HIRE OUR TIPI FOR YOUR NEXT EVENT
We have our BRAND-NEW Phoenix Tipi Tent available for hire.
Fancy hosting a unique wedding at Phoenix Bike Park or are you looking for a different destination for your next corporate day or big birthday celebration. Why not hire our tent for your next event!
We can work to tailor build your perfect event, you can come and hire bikes and have a day of riding and then party in our tent in the evening or you could just use the Tipi tent and the space and leave the riders to do their thing.
Our large Tipi Tent has the capacity for up to 140 people with a variety of different table, firepit, bar and dance floor configurations. Located between Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds and just off the A14 we have a lot of free parking, toilet facilities and a lot of space to have a big celebration!
We have an alcohol licence and work in partnership with our café and on-site catering team at Breadline to provide quality events tailor made to suit your needs. You want a DJ, Drinks, Ride Time and a Bar – we have got you covered; we have bikes for all ages to hire too!
SCHOOLS & YOUTH GROUPS

We are able to offer tailor made sessions for schools and youth groups. Phoenix Bike Parkr already works with a number of local Suffolk schools to provide weekly ride time and bike hire to pupils across the county. Whether as part of a school trip or as a weekly outing during school time to get children outdoors practicing and building confidence with their bike skills as well as gaining so many other benefits including fine motor skills, balance and strength.

TIME TO EAT
If the Tipi doesn’t suit, we also have use of the BREADLINE ONSITE CAFÉ which is the perfect spot for your next group training session or team meeting. We can put together bespoke food packages to suit your needs and budget.
