Can I book a whole day at the Bike Park?
Sure, just make 2 separate bookings for the morning and afternoon sessions online
Can I turn up without booking in advance?
You can, although we can’t guarantee availability.
Can I pay when I arrive?
No. All Bike Park bookings will need to made online so you will still need to make a booking on your smart phone on arrival.
Are children welcome?
Are beginners welcome?
Everyone is welcome although please bare in mind that the Bike Park has been designed for intermediate to advanced riders. We suggest beginners try one of the morning sessions first to check their confidence as the afternoon / weekend sessions can get very busy.
Are all bikes online in stock?
To the best of our knowledge, all bikes listed on the site are in stock either at our shop or at our suppliers. We recommend you give us a call to check the latest availability.
Can I have a refund if I decide to cancel my Bike Park booking.
We can reschedule or refund bike park bookings up to 48 hours before your session starts. Please reply to your confirmation email to request the reschdule or refund.
Do we need to check in on arrival?
Yes, please come into the store with your booking confirmation. We will give you a wrist band once we have checked you in.
Do we have to wear protective armour.
Yes, please check the Conduct rules on the website.
