2 hour course with British Cycling Coach John Stockwell.
This course will is for female riders only and will cover: Riding position, Balance and Co-ordination, cornering Techniques, Jumping Position, Jumps, Drops, and Table Tops.
£30 per rider.
Maximum of 8 riders per session.
